This closed-ended fund invests in residential properties in the U.S.. An opportunistic strategy is pursued, i.e. the fund acquires existing condominiums with the potential to appreciate in value and participates in development projects. The goal is the realization of high appreciation in value. As of 30 September 2006, the fund holds shares in 26 investments. The fund is already beginning to disinvest.
